OGMA | Christmas Card Concept

Created at Whiteway agency

Look for everything about the business to understand and ask the questions that actually matter.

Sometimes that leads somewhere unexpected.

OGMA, an aerospace company, needed a Christmas card neutral enough for people of different beliefs. No Santa, no red, no traditional imagery. So, I started with what they do. They build and work on planes that cross distances and bring people home. The feeling that connects everyone, regardless of belief, is being together. That became the concept. Snow falling, a plane landed, and a city quietly waiting for them to come home.

This was approved without changes and used across the company.

Every business has a truth. My job is to find it and build everything around it.

Things you want to know

01

What's it like working with you?

Thorough but without unnecessary noise. Before I ask you anything, I spend time with your business: how you communicate, what your visuals say, and what people say, so the questions come from a real place, and we reach common ground faster.

From there, everything runs through a shared timeline: tasks, milestones, key decisions, so you always know where the project stands without needing to chase me for updates. Communication happens at defined points, mostly by email, with calls when something genuinely needs one.

Your voice shapes the work. The process makes sure it stays that way from start to finish.

02

How much do you charge?

Projects start at €1,250 and go up to €5,000 depending on scope and complexity. Your investment goes into strategy, story and visuals so the right people find you, understand you and choose you.

03

How long do projects take?

Anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on the size and complexity of the problem. Once we align on the project a clear timeline is set so there are no surprises.

04

Will my voice matter in this process?

Always. Some clients prefer to be closely involved at every stage, others prefer to check in at key moments and stay in the background. Either way works. The project adapts to how you work best, not the other way around.

What stays consistent is that your input is documented, your decisions are respected, and nothing moves forward without your sign off.

05

What if I don't like the end result?

If something isn't right at any stage, we go back to what was agreed, find where things drifted, and fix it. Before any execution begins, you'll see a proof of concept: the research, strategy, and direction laid out clearly. You sign off on that before anything is built. From there, milestones keep everything aligned throughout the process.

One final version is delivered, not multiple options, because the work is built around solving your specific problem, not presenting possibilities.

06

What's the first step?

Send me an email describing where you are and what feels broken. I'll come back with specific questions, and we'll go from there. Everything runs on clear written communication, so nothing gets lost. If at any point a call makes more sense, we'll schedule one.
